The health of the Earth’s oceans are indicators of our planet’s overall health – when they’re in trouble, so are we. So, it’s important to keep our oceans healthy not just for marine life, but also for the future health of the entire planet.
California’s Department of Pesticide Regulation confirmed the most widely used neonicotinoid – imdacloprid – is highly toxic to bees. Clearly, we need to ensure that higher levels of neonicotinoids, and other pesticides like it, are more intensely regulated in the name of the health of our pollinators.
