Sonoran pronghorn are fast but they need our help to outrun habitat loss and climate change. Thanks to a captive breeding program, populations are starting to bounce back in the desert Southwest.
Each year more than 3,000 pronghorn and mule deer pass travel from their winter range in the Green River Basin and summer ranges in the surrounding valleys and foothills – twice. Fortunately, now they’ll get some help with the hike!
